In-person and virtual counselling
A supportive, thoughtful space to reflect, talk things through, and reconnect with yourself.
In-person counselling appointments are available in Elizabeth’s private office setting. Appointments can include a wide-range of therapy options from narrative therapy, somatic therapy, to women and youth 14+ counselling. If you’re looking for something outside of the box, in-person appointments are a great fit.

Individual Rate:
$165.00 for a 50-min session
$250.00 for a 75-min session
Please note: January 1, 2026, session rates will increase to
$180 for a 50-minute session.
$270 for a 75-minute session.
Virtual appointments
If video-based counselling appointments are a better option for you and your family, we are happy to offer virtual appointments. Virtual appointments are facilitated through Jane.

Supervision appointments
Clinical supervision appointments are available for Registered Clinical Counsellors and Registered Social Workers across British Columbia. Sessions can be held online through Jane or in-person in South Surrey, depending on your preference.

How does it work?
Client Intake
To get started, you will get a link through the Jane App, where you create your account and fill out a consent and intake form. Here’s a link to the BCACC informed consent.
Cancellation & Illness
If for some reason you can’t make it to your appointment, we will need 48-hour notice, otherwise, the full fee will be charged.
Insurance & Payment
Please check for insurance coverage ahead of time. We do not offer direct billing through insurance companies. After your session, we will email you a receipt for your health insurance or taxes.
Payment can be made through Jane App and credit card.
