Green Flags in Relationships
This month I would like to write a little bit about green flags in a relationship. Let's Talk About Generational Trauma
I want to talk to you about generational trauma. Although it is not a light subject, it is a very relevant and frequently misunderstood one. “Trauma” literally means wound, shock, or injury, and psychological trauma could be defined as the experience of emotional distress resulting from an event that overwhelms the capacity to emotionally process it.

Happy Pride Month!
I could not let June slide by without writing about Pride. While June is a month when colourful parades and rainbows pop everywhere, Pride is so much more than that. It is about celebrating who we are as humans, with all the differences inherited from our condition; it is a celebration of identity, an act of self-love, and community. It should also prompt us to reflect on the journey of self-discovery and on the challenges that many members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community encounter throughout their lives.
